EU/UK residents have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port their data (Arts. 15–22 GDPR), and to lodge a complaint with their national data protection authority.

California residents have the equivalent rights under CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of "sale or sharing" (we don't sell or share for cross-context behavioural advertising without your consent).

5. Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

6. Data retention

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards: TLS in transit, encryption at rest (Firebase-managed), App Check on Firestore writes, and least-privilege rules so each player can only read their own save.

8. International transfers

Firebase, AdMob, AppsFlyer, and RevenueCat may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and (where applicable) the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via an in-app notice on next launch. The "Effective date" at the top reflects the latest revision.
